Kardon and Atlantic

The Kardon and Atlantic Terminal Buildings project consisted of converting a brewery loading area into a functional pedestrian courtyard entrance. The urban setting and tight spaces created numerous access challenges. At the client's request, the existing paving was kept intact. Planting areas were elaborately raised and built up over a stone drainage layer with the addition of seasonal plant material.

Trinity Center

Centerville, Virginia is home to Trinity Center, one of the premier office complexes in the state. The owners of the high-end property believe their investment in TruGreen LandCare's landscape design and maintenance have been key factors in allowing them to achieve higher rates for rentals in comparison to other office parks in the area.
